WHAT IS AN EMDR INTENSIVE?

EMDR Intensives with Katie Landry

Accelerated Therapy Experience

If you need help — and a lot of it— right now, and you don’t want to spend months in the traditional weekly model of therapy treatment to feel better, an EMDR Intensive may be the best option for you. I offer EMDR intensives because they are designed to support your preferred schedule and timeline for your treatment goals.

Historically, EMDR has been done in weekly sessions, more recently, therapists have moved to an intensive model for EMDR, because practitioners as a whole understand that the chaos of life can interrupt the process of healing.

EMDR intensives were designed to clear old and stuck patterns in a more condensed way so that goals can be achieved and you can heal more quickly.

After an intensive, there’s always the opportunity to move forward with your healing journey and book more sessions or intensives as you may need.

Let's explore together why this powerful approach aligns with your hopes for healing!
