Ahead of payment, a 15-30 minute phone consultation is offered to ensure goodness of fit and you’ll receive a customized unique-to-you workbook

*EMDR has 8 distinct phases. Importantly, the progress through phases and the speed at which we complete phases, is highly dependent on the individual client and their unique needs. There is no guarantee that all phases will be completed by the close of the intensive.

Free Consultation: We'll start with a free 30-minute chat to see if we're a good fit and answer any questions you might have.
Flexible Format: Choose from 6 or 9-hour packages, tailored to your needs and goals.
Personalized Approach: You'll receive a customized plan, including a workbook designed to guide you through the process.
Initial Consultation: We'll spend 90 minutes identifying your key challenges and setting clear goals for your therapy.
Processing Sessions: Dive deep into your healing work during focused 3 or 6-hour sessions.
Follow-Up: We'll have a 90-minute session to celebrate your progress and provide ongoing support.

Full payment is kindly requested in advance of your EMDR Intensive. You can conveniently pay through Simple Practice/Stripe or with cash.
EMDR Intensives Cancellation
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel, please let me know at least two weeks in advance of an intensive.
